I worked with AJ and had the best experience. I was updated on everything along the way I made everything simple and easy. I was on a time crunch to pick up my vehicle during lunch. He told me just to let him know when I’m 10 minutes away and he’ll have it out and ready for me and he was a man of his word when I was looking for a body shop. I’ve been trusting Peter with my cars since 2019, and he’s always been fantastic. These guys are incredibly responsive, always transparent about what’s going on, and they make the whole process smooth and stress-free. They don’t just fix the car, they take care of you. I was in an accident. I was referred to Dynasty.  They took care of me right away!  Yesenia was my point of contact.  She answered all my questions as all of this was new to me.  She also helped advocate for me with her company to secure a rental for two weeks, even though I only had liability insurance.  That meant so much! My tow driver had a really precarious situation getting my car in the truck.  Instead of getting frustrated, he used common sense and got my car on the tow truck with a smile.  A lot of drivers would have said getting my totaled car on truck was impossible and walked away.  My driver did not. Win! Everyone at the shop are friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive and I would recommend their services to everyone. Thank you Dynasty for helping me in so many areas related to my accident.
